What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Nanny/Mother's Helper for 2 position at Home Help?
We're a friendly family in Rantoul looking for a dependable, caring nanny to help care for our two children (a 20-month-old toddler and a 3-month-old infant) while mother works from home.
Our baby is exclusively breastfed, so mother will be available throughout the day for feedings and light help. We also have family who helps regularly, so you'll rarely be caring for both children completely on your own.
This is a consistent 30 to 35-hour/week position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, starting at 10:00 a.m. and typically ending between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Your primary responsibility will be providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our children. Typical duties include:
- Playing with and engaging our toddler
- Serving snacks and lunch
- Diaper changes
- Helping with nap routines
- Light cleanup related to the children

Pay: $15–20/hour, depending on experience
Requirements:
