Location: Coconut Creek, 33063
Available Morning and Night Shifts (8-hour shift)
- Monday and Wednesday and Thursday, 7AM - 3PM
- Saturdays and Sundays: 3PM - 11PM

Your Nightly Impact
- Provide skilled nursing care including G-tube feeds, medication administration, and trach/vent management (as applicable).
- Monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes throughout the night.
- Partner with the family to ensure safety, comfort, and stability.
- Maintain detailed, compliant charting that reflects your excellent standard of care.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (home health, hospital, or similar)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Experience with G-tube care preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation, driver’s license, auto insurance, and required screenings
