Compliance Coordinator
ATD Home Health Agency is seeking a passionate and organized Compliance Coordinator to help oversee clinical operations, compliance, and care quality. Be a part of initiatives to ensure best-in-class patient care, regulatory readiness, nursing excellence, and a culture of accountability and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct audits and reviews to verify compliance in all departments.
- Oversee the implementation of compliance-related policies and communicate regulatory updates to employees.
- Collaborate with the legal department to investigate compliance issues and recommend solutions.
- Manage compliance training programs for employees.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, including reports, certifications, and permits.
- Handle internal reporting on compliance issues, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Assist in the development of compliance strategies and initiatives to mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct investigations into compliance violations and report findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Required); Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex information and draw clear conclusions, strong logic for data handling and manipulation.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (required); Cantonese preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
