What You’ll Do:- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support patients in maintaining independence and dignity
- Follow care plans under RN supervision
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Active HHA or CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Level II Background Screening
- TB test and Physical (within the past year)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Compassionate and dependable
- Strong communicator
- Takes pride in providing quality care
- Team-oriented and professional
