Home Health Coordinator and Talent Recruiter
Full Time 32 to 40 hours per week
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
- Maintain frequent communication with new hires throughout the hiring and on-boarding processes
- Serve as a point of contact for new hire inquiries including but not limited to questions regarding required documentation, training and other applicable policies/procedures
- Maintaining human resources files for field staff
- 30, 90, Annual reviews for field staff
- Intake for new patients
- Scheduling in Wellsky and Sandata
- Rotating on-call including weekends and holidays
- Back up for payroll and billing
- Answer phones
- Resolve problems
- Data entry to software
- Misc. clerical tasks
- Maintain logs of available caregivers for shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set priorities, coordinates and organizes multiple tasks, and maintains control of workflow.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
