Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates via social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and external recruiting channels.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns utilizing talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo.
- Conduct interviews and assist in evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with organizational needs and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners through relationship management techniques.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, contracts, and employee evaluation procedures to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing development.
- Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices, HR legal requirements, and labor regulations across all recruiting activities.
- Utilize HR systems like PeopleSoft, Kronos, or UltiPro for data management, reporting, and process automation to enhance efficiency.
- Support succession planning initiatives and lead generation efforts to build a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
- Engage in training & development activities to enhance team capabilities and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on full cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for candidate sourcing and relationship management.
- Familiarity with talent management software such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
- Experience with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or ADP is highly desirable.
- Ability to leverage social media management tools for recruitment marketing campaigns effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within fast-paced environments.
- Background in technical recruiting or campus recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
