ABOUT THE ROLE
We're growing β and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to own and expand a territory across Texas. This is a high-impact field role where your relationships directly fuel patient admissions, and your compensation follows your performance with no ceiling.
You'll be embedded in physician offices, hospital systems, and clinical practices β building the kind of trusted partnerships that make you the first call when a patient needs home health. If you're a self-starter who thrives in the field and is ready to take full ownership of a book of business, this is the opportunity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
βΈ Own and grow a defined portfolio of referral accounts β physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, and clinical practices β with a focus on expansion
βΈ Develop deep, consultative relationships with physicians, PAs, MAs, and care coordinators; become the trusted name they call first
βΈ Convert referral relationships into patient admissions and drive measurable volume growth across your territory
βΈ Use market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to prioritize your time and maximize field impact
βΈ Partner with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions and strong follow-through on every referral
βΈ Track territory trends and competitive activity; bring strategic insights back to leadership
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
βΈ Proven experience in healthcare field sales, account management, or physician liaison work β home health strongly preferred
βΈ Existing relationships with physicians, hospital systems, or clinical referral sources in your market
βΈ Backgrounds in hospice, SNF, Pharma, Orthotics, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy or related post-acute care are welcomed
βΈ Data-driven mindset β you use metrics to plan your week, assess account health, and prioritize intelligently
βΈ Self-directed and competitive β you hold yourself accountable to results and don't wait to be managed
βΈ Strong communicator who earns trust with clinical professionals through consistency and follow-through
βΈ Coachable and growth-oriented β you seek feedback and want visibility into your own performance
