Job Description
A Physical Therapist will provide ongoing therapy evaluations and treatments and education to clients in a timely manner per physicians orders.
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats clients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains appropriate documentation of services and complying with State and Federal regulations.
The Physical Therapist will also supervise physical therapy services to ensure an acceptable level of performance from assistants and support staff.
