Home Health Match (HHM) is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring In-Home Companion Caregivers to support seniors and their families in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a non-medical companion care position focused on helping older adults remain safe, engaged, independent, and connected while providing families with trusted support they can feel good about.

What You'll Do
As a Companion Caregiver, you may provide support with:
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Spending quality time with seniors and helping reduce isolation
- Light housekeeping and keeping the home tidy
- Meal preparation and helping with simple meals
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation to appointments, shopping, activities, or social outings
- Accompanying clients to community activities and events
- Walking, recreational activities, games, hobbies, and other activities they enjoy
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Helping clients maintain a comfortable daily routine
- Providing supervision and general safety awareness
- Supporting families with dependable, compassionate care
- Communicating important observations or changes to family members
What We're Looking For
We're looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy working with older adults and understand that great care is about more than completing a checklist, it's about connection, dignity, trust, and companionship.
Ideal candidates are:
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Respectful of seniors, families, and individual preferences
- Good communicators who can build meaningful relationships
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable providing companionship and everyday household support
- Able to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
- Experienced in senior care, caregiving, companion care, personal care, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
This Is a Non-Medical Care Position. This role is focused on companion and supportive care.
