What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN and RN position at Home Health Connection, Inc.?
We have an immediate opening for 12 hour Night shifts caring for Pediatric Patients in the home setting. Patients have varying degrees of needs from G-tube to trach/vent dependent. Patients receive total care and medication administration. Pediatric experience preferred but not mandatory.
