What You’ll Do:
- Visit clients to administer skilled nursing treatments
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers
- Provide education and resources for families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Current MN RN license
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Previous home care or clinical nursing preferred
