Overnight Caregiver (Dementia Care)

St. Clair Shores, MI – Applicants preferred within 15–20 minutes

$20/hour

Monday – Saturday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Overnight Caregiver to provide support for an elderly client with dementia in the St. Clair Shores area. To ensure punctuality and reliability, the preferred caregiver should live within 15–20 minutes of the client’s residence.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support overnight

Assist with bedtime and morning routines

Ensure safety and monitor throughout the night

Report any changes in client’s condition

Follow established care plan

Qualifications

Prior experience caring for seniors with dementia (required)

Reliable, trustworthy, and patient

Preferred: caregiver living within 15–20 minutes of St. Clair Shores

CNA/HHA certification a plus, but not required

Ability to work independently during overnight shifts

Schedule & Pay

Shift: 11 PM – 8 AM, Monday through Saturday

Pay: $20 per hour
