- Full-Time: $65,000 – $85,000/year (DoE)
- Part-Time: $32 – $42/hour mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (32 to 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting patients and families with emotional, psychosocial, and grief-related needs
- Working with nurses, physicians, and spiritual care to coordinate personalized care
- Addressing crisis situations with confidence and compassion
- Providing education on hospice services, advance directives, and available support
- Ensuring compliance with documentation and standards of care
Who You Are:
- Licensed Social Worker (BSW or MSW)
- Experienced in hospice or palliative care settings
- Deeply empathetic and emotionally grounded
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- A strong communicator and calm presence under pressure
