Position: Nursing Assistant / Caregiver (Overnight Shift)
Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Every Other Weekend
Pay: $21 - $25/hour Shift Differential

What You’ll Do
- Provide Personalized Care: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.
- Monitor and Support: Ensure residents’ needs are met while creating a warm and secure environment.
- Collaborate as a Team: Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
- Document and Communicate: Record observations and communicate changes in residents' conditions as needed.
