What You’ll Do
• Provide coverage for open shifts to ensure uninterrupted resident care.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Build strong connections through conversation, engagement, and companionship.
• Support cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards.
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Follow care plans and team direction to maintain resident comfort and dignity.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as a CNA, Nursing Assistant, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver preferred.
• Ability to pick up shifts on short notice.
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable.
