Job Title: Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) | Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Every Other Weekend

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

The evening hours are often some of the most important moments in a resident's day.

It's when residents gather for dinner, connect with friends, prepare for the evening, and settle into a comfortable routine. As an Evening Caregiver at Elmore Assisted Living, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs.

• Support residents throughout evening routines and activities.

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition.

• Document care and communicate important updates to nursing staff.

• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.

• Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver preferred.

• Interest in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or long-term care.

• Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to exceptional care.
