Job Title: Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm Every Other Weekend
Pay: $19 – $25 per hour Evening Differential

What You’ll Do:
• Provide hands-on support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting).
• Build meaningful connections with residents during evening routines.
• Support residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care environments.
• Monitor changes and communicate with nurses and team members.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and team-oriented atmosphere.
