Job Title: Aide Supervision Caller / HHA Supervision Staff

Overview
We are seeking a full-time staff member to support HHA/aide supervision by conducting phone-based follow-up calls with patients. This role focuses on patient communication, accurate documentation, and timely completion of required supervision records. The staff member will work closely with HR, nursing, and operations teams to ensure supervision requirements are completed properly and on time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone supervision calls to patients regarding assigned HHA/aide cases
- Follow the supervision call list provided by HR or management and complete assigned calls in a timely manner
- Ask standardized supervision questions and accurately document patient responses
- Confirm aide service status and identify any patient concerns related to aide performance, safety, or care
- Complete required supervision forms and maintain organized call records
- Report urgent concerns, complaints, service issues, or patient safety concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding documentation, confidentiality, and patient communication
- Assist with follow-up calls or additional supervision-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home care experience required preferred HHA or PCA experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with patients by phone
- Patient, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to follow workflows and complete documentation accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, required
- Experience with HHAeXchange, HCS, CHRC, or similar systems preferred but not required
Language Requirements
- Mandarin Chinese required
- English required
- Cantonese preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
