Service & Warranty Manager

About The Role

We’re hiring a Service & Warranty Manager to act as the front line for all post-install customer issues. This person is the rapid response responsible for owning service requests, resolving problems quickly, and ensuring a strong customer experience.

This is a field-heavy role where you’ll be working directly with homeowners, holding crews accountable, and building out a service/warranty team as the market grows.

What You’ll Do

• Own all service & warranty issues in your market from start to finish
• Handling incoming issues quickly and efficiently
• Work directly with homeowners to resolve concerns in the field
• Hold subcontractors and crews accountable to quality standards
• Oversee service/warranty techs and/or project managers
• Ensure all work is completed to HGE standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Help hire and build out a service/warranty team as the market grows
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong home remodeling background (exterior preferred — roofing, siding, windows, doors)
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle escalated situations and problem-solve quickly
• Experience managing teams, subcontractors, or project managers
• High accountability and urgency — someone who doesn’t let things sit
• “One of us” mentality — team-first, high standards, no excuses

• Experience handling service & warranty work directly
• Experience overseeing project managers or service techs
