We are seeking an experienced SEM Manager to take ownership of our paid search efforts, optimize performance, and scale our lead generation strategy across platforms.Role OverviewThe SEM Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation in the home improvement industry. This role requires proven expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, with the ability to manage large-scale campaigns, implement advanced bidding and targeting strategies, and deliver measurable results that directly impact business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns across search, display, retargeting, and audience segments.Create and test high-performing ad copy tailored to drive qualified leads.Manage and report on account-level KPIs and campaign performance.Implement and optimize conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and data-driven bidding strategies.Leverage audience insights and segmentation strategies for maximum ROI.Execute effective retargeting strategies across all campaign types.Stay ahead of Google's evolving AI-driven features and incorporate best practices.Manage Bing Ads campaigns with proven understanding of platform nuances and differentiators.Collaborate cross-functionally to align SEM strategy with landing page optimization and funnel tracking.Preferred ExperienceGoogle Local Services Ads (enterprise level).Creative asset development (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar).Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for landing page customization and tracking.Experience with data visualization tools and custom metrics reporting.Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to optimize full funnel tracking and performance feedback loops.Qualifications35 years SEM experience with proven results in lead generation, ideally in the home improvement or high-ticket services space.Demonstrable success in managing large budgets in a performance-based business model.Deep understanding of paid media strategy, execution, and optimization at both campaign and account level.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join UsCompetitive salary performance-based incentivesOpportunity to scale campaigns in a high-growth environmentCollaborative team culture with room for innovationExposure to advanced tools, data strategies, and enterprise-level campaigns
