The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual to join our team as a Sales Recruiter. No prior recruiting experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What you must bring is grit, personality, a competitive spirit, and a desire to win.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-focused environment.
What You’ll Do

Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, source resumes, and proactively reach out to candidates

Conduct quick, engaging phone screens (we’ll train you!)

Schedule interviews with local hiring teams

Keep Breezy and other applicant tracking tools organized and up to date

Hit weekly volume, activity, and hiring targets

Move fast, communicate clearly, and stay highly organized
What We’re Looking For
Required

Strong resume sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter)

Proven experience with phone screening and high-volume recruiting in a metrics-driven environment

Highly money motivated — you thrive with bonuses and goals

High personal accountability and the ability to work autonomously

Comfortable placing sales & marketing roles at speed
