2-Quarter Leadership Track
Quarter 1: Sales Excellence
- Master our proven in-home sales process
- Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
- Achieve key performance benchmarks
Quarter 2: Leadership Development
- Mentor and coach new sales representatives
- Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
- Drive accountability, culture, and results
- Help develop future top performers
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
- Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication skills with leadership potential
- Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team
Compensation & Benefits
- $150,000-$300,000 uncapped earning potential
- Weekly commission pay Performance bonuses
