The Opportunity You won't be inheriting a seat. You'll be opening a market. We're after an entrepreneurial, hands-on Sales Manager to launch and scale South Carolina from the ground up. What You'll Do
- Build the team — train, coach, and develop the founding group of sales reps, including hands-on training classes and workshops
- Run our proven system locally, bringing the established playbook to life in a fresh market
- Lead from the front: 5 of your own leads each week, plus 4–5 ride-alongs to coach reps in real time and set the example
- Drive the numbers — weekly meetings, performance tracking, and relentless focus on quota
- Build local presence and momentum where there's currently no footprint
- Review and adjust schedules; handle cancel-save appointments
- Deliver steady coaching, honest feedback, and performance reviews
- Shape a positive, high-performing, ground-floor culture that mirrors company goals
What You Bring
- One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required, no exceptions
- 3 years in sales, 1 year in sales management
- A builder's mindset — you're comfortable with ambiguity, you take ownership, and a blank page excites you rather than scares you
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Leadership, coaching, and communication skills that move people
- Willingness to work weekends
The Details
- W2 | OTE $175,000–$350,000 — personal commission, team commissions, and bonuses, all uncapped
- Medical, dental, and vision (after 30 days)
- Full-time, field-based, weekends required
