Sales Director - Denver, CO
Target OTE: $300K–$400K
Home Genius Exteriors is looking for a high-level Sales Manager/Director to drive and scale our Denver market.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity. You won't be sitting behind a desk managing reports all day. You'll be in the field, running appointments, shadowing reps, recruiting talent, building culture, and developing future leaders.
What You'll Own
- Drive and aggressively grow the Denver sales market
- Lead from the front - personally running 2–3 appointments per day
- Spend time in the field coaching and shadowing sales reps
- Run Monday and Wednesday training camps
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
- Build the team from 5–10 reps toward 30 reps
- Develop 3 future Sales Managers within 12 months
- Establish the culture, processes, and standards that will define the market
- Drive sales results and hold yourself and your team accountable
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has already proven they can lead sales teams and produce results in a high-performance, one-call-close environment.
You should have:
- 2 years of sales leadership experience
- Experience leading sales teams in an industry such as: Home Improvement, Windows, Bathrooms, HVAC, Residential Construction, Solar
- Strong one-call-close sales leadership experience
- A track record of driving revenue and developing people
- Strong recruiting and team-building ability
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Window industry experience is a huge plus.
Our ideal candidate is a Sales Mentor or Manager from a one-call close environment who isn't afraid to get in the field and lead by example.
