The Role:
We're looking for an energetic, driven individual to become our next Sales Recruiter. No prior recruiting experience? No problem. We'll teach you the ropes — you just need to bring the grit, personality, and desire to win. You'll be in charge of identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region.
What You'll Do:
- Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, source resumes, and contact candidates
- Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (we'll teach you how)
- Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams
- Keep applicant tracking systems up-to-date and organized
- Hit volume & hiring goals weekly — this is fast-paced work!
What We're Looking For:
- Recent college graduate or someone with a strong interest in recruiting/sales
- Excellent communication skills — phone presence is key
- Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
