What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the sales floor to drive results and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Coach and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Step in to assist with closing sales and resolving customer concerns
- Support store operations including scheduling, reporting, and daily tasks
- Act as the leader on duty when the Store Manager is off-site
- Ensure store standards, displays, and pricing are accurate and visually appealing
- Collaborate across sales, office, and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Leadership experience in retail, sales, or a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
