Outside Sales Representative - Fiber Internet

Home Front Solutions is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Concord, North Carolina for in-person residential fiber internet sales. Meet residents face to face, explain available internet plans, and help eligible households order service. Product and field-process training are provided before independent territory work. No prior fiber sales experience is required.

Pay and work arrangement

- 1099 independent contractor; commission only. Advertised earning potential is $1,500-$3,000 per week, depending on sales. Earnings are not guaranteed; there is no base salary or hourly wage.

- The written compensation plan, payment conditions, expenses, and cancellation/chargeback terms are reviewed before onboarding.

What you will do

- Find potential customers through door-to-door prospecting in approved, serviceable neighborhoods.

- Explain approved internet plans, pricing, eligibility, and offer conditions clearly.

- Check address availability, submit complete orders, and coordinate installation or activation handoffs.

- Record visits and customer follow-ups using your smartphone or CRM.

- Respect residents, property, do-not-knock requests, and customer information.

What you need

- Clear communication, listening skills, and consistent follow-through.

- Comfort walking neighborhoods, working outdoors, and starting face-to-face conversations.

- Reliable transportation to the assigned territory and a working smartphone.

- Willingness to learn and apply coaching.

Helpful experience - optional

Direct sales, field sales, solar, roofing, pest control, wireless retail, or fiber internet experience can transfer well. Hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, and delivery/gig work such as DoorDash are also welcome backgrounds. Entry-level applicants and career changers are welcome. Bilingual communication skills are welcome.

Experience selling Verizon, T-Mobile, or Ripple Fiber services is helpful but not required. This opportunity is with Home Front Solutions.
