- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible social work or social services experience with an emphasis on direct client work with individuals/families, case coordination, and program development. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, social services, or a related field preferred. A related degree may substitute for partial work experience requirement.
