Home Forward is seeking three (3) full-time Assistant Property Manager to support our three Home Forward properties. The Assistant Property Manager coordinates and performs property management duties designed to ensure maximum occupancy, successful residency, program compliance, and resident self-sufficiency.
Each role will primary support one of the following properties:
- Rosenbaum Plaza
- Unthank Plaza
- Grace Peck Terrace

This position is represented by AFSCME Local 3135. The posting is scheduled to close on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.This is a regular, full time position with compensation starting at $33.16 per hour. Three (3) years of increasingly responsible affordable housing, property management, or social service experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in real estate, business, property management, or a related field preferred.
