Responsibilities:
· Conduct repairs & maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.
· Installation, repair, and replacement.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
· Keep accurate records and take pictures before & after all work performed.
· Ensure that safety procedures are always followed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Handyman, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
· Excellent knowledge of general maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. (Part time)
