Position: Full-Time Teller
Location: Grand Island, Nebraska
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM–5:45 PM, with every Saturday morning required
What You’ll Do
· Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and savings bonds.
· Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering customer questions and sharing account information when appropriate.
· Connect customers with the right team members for additional assistance, products, or services.
· Verify and post night deposits, daily business deposits, mail deposits, and ATM bags in a timely manner.
· Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Support onsite ATM maintenance and daily branch operations.
· Work toward Corporate, department, and personal Home Stars goals.
· Follow BSA/AML responsibilities, including accurate CTR and SAR awareness and reporting.
· Complete other duties as assigned to support the branch and customer experience.
