Job description:
- Generating new clients and building relationships with referral sources.
- Conduct individual/Group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others.
- Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals.
- Establishing and maintain brand awareness through referral source contacts, trade shows, conference, and community education efforts.
- Developing and executing a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
- Demonstrating a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency’s, vision, mission and values.
- Identifying, evaluating and prioritizing potential referrals sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area.
- Representing the agency and its services in a professional, competent and responsive manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all activities and participant information.
- Attending weekly/monthly growth meeting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support throughout the process
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
- Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- 1 year experience marketing for a home care agency (preferred).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to function well in a high-pace environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary Range:
- $50,000 - $65,000 Yearly (Home Care experience preferred but sales/marketing experience required
- $65,000 - $88,000 (With experience and existing clients)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
