Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Provide real time estimates based on measurements, house specifications, and customer preferences.
- Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads as often as needed to close the job.
- Facilitate leads in addition to leads provided.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper payment handling procedures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated.
- Previous experience in sales with effective closing rate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Computer and phone skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Basic math skills.
- Previous experience in the construction industry, especially Roofing, Windows, Siding, and Gutters is preferred.
- A positive and team-focused attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
