What We Offer
- Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 starting salary, depending on transferable skills
- Defined Raise Path: Milestone-based raises during the development track. Target at full PM transition (months 12 to 18): $65,000 or higher.
- Real Career Trajectory: Junior PM → Project Manager → Senior PM → Operations Manager. This role exists because we're scaling, not because we need a seat filled.
- Paid Training: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, JobTread certification, and ongoing professional development, all paid by HEI
