The HOA VP Regional Manager leads, manages, and oversees a portfolio of community associations across a designated region. The HOA VP Regional Manager role requires extensive experience in HOA / Community Association management, team leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of local, state, and federal regulations affecting community associations. The HOA VP Regional Manager possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively address the needs and concerns of community members and their team, while upholding the standards and policies of the HOA.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality of community association operations.
- Lead a team of managers, administrative staff, and support teams to achieve performance goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure professional growth and development of team members.
- Oversee the management of multiple community associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents, rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
- Monitor the overall health and success of the communities within the region, including property maintenance, financial management, and community relations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA Boards of Directors, ensuring regular communication and responsiveness to their needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to community boards, providing guidance on governance, operational best practices, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including fair housing laws and local ordinances.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the interests of the associations and the company.
- Implement and maintain standardized processes and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery across the region.

- Address escalated homeowner concerns, disputes, or grievances promptly and professionally.
