HECM CLEANING

• Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, clubhouses, restrooms, fitness centers, and other shared facilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces on a routine schedule

• Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, elevator panels, and light switches

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in common areas

• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces in shared spaces

• Monitor and restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed

• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage to management promptly

• Follow established safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Support seasonal or special cleaning projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred

• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor buffer, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
