What are the responsibilities and job description for the HECM CLEANING position at Home Encounter HECM, LLC?
Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, clubhouses, restrooms, fitness centers, and other shared facilities
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces on a routine schedule
Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, elevator panels, and light switches
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in common areas
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces in shared spaces
Monitor and restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage to management promptly
Follow established safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Support seasonal or special cleaning projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor buffer, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
