Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared dishes promptly from the kitchen to dining tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently
- Support servers and kitchen staff with food handling and plating as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, including wiping down surfaces and organizing supplies
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and guest requests
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to during service
- Help with general cleaning duties in dining areas to uphold a welcoming environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guest needs and responding professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, serving, bussing, and basic cleaning procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
