Operations & Bookkeeping Coordinator (QuickBooks Online Required)

Home Design Construction is a growing home remodeling company in Las Vegas specializing in bathroom, kitchen, and full home renovations.

We are hiring an Operations & Bookkeeping Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations while managing core financial and administrative responsibilities using QuickBooks Online.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing both bookkeeping and operational support in a fast-moving environment.

• Manage QuickBooks Online (invoicing, vendor bills, expenses, payments)
• Maintain accurate financial records and job-related documentation
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and general inquiries
• Keep internal records, reports, and job files organized and up to date
• Assist with annual reporting related to workers’ compensation and liability insurance

• Experience in home remodeling or construction environments (a plus)
• Familiarity with job-based business operations
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, small team environment
• Self-sufficient and able to stay productive without constant direction
• High energy and strong sense of ownership

• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online
• Prior administrative or operations support experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional communication skills
• Comfortable managing priorities independently
