Contract Carrier Home Delivery - Signing Bonus!

Home Delivery Inc. is currently contracted by high-end retailers for facilitating home delivery and white glove installation services to our customers. We are expanding our operations and are seeking and matching experienced Independent Contractors to meet the needs of these retailers (our customers). If you are interested in expanding your Motor Carrier business, then contracting with HDI represents a significant financial opportunity for your business. This account in loads out of Odenton, MD and will require delivery and set up of mattresses and adjustable bases in the Harrisburg, PA and Richmond, VA markets.

Requirements of Independent Contractor:

· Independently Established Business with own employees (drivers / helpers)

· Own or rent 26 ft Box Truck

· Own Commercial Insurance

· Independently established FMCSA running authority – DOT and MC must be in good standing

· Clean Motor Vehicle Report

· Fluent in English

· Experience with Home Delivery & White glove installation

· Professionalism and High End Customer Service is a must!

· Must have all necessary tools to complete work!

Signing Bonus Program: $2,000 IC bonus program for completion of 60 days of continuous service, with following conditions achieved:

• IC must produce an average Tier DSat of 92 or above on the two final week endings leading up to their 60 day mark
• Damage claims/chargebacks must remain below $500 for the 60 day period
• $1,000 will be advanced on the first IC Settlement
• If 60 Days of continuous service or KPIs are not met, the $1,000 advance will be recouped via IC invoice settlement

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per day

• Weekends as needed
