Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician – 06A Required
$40–$58/hr | Take-Home Vehicle | Gas Card | Year-Round Commercial Service Work
Home Comfort Alliance is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our commercial service team. This role is for a technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment while delivering a professional customer experience.
This is a commercial service position focused on diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, customer communication, and quality workmanship.

- Unit heaters
- ERVs, exhaust fans, and economizers
- VAV systems, damper controls, and commercial comfort systems
What We’re Looking For
- Active Washington State 06A Electrical Certification
- EPA Certification
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Strong commercial HVAC diagnostic and repair experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical systems
- Professional communication with customers and internal team members
- Commitment to quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time
Preferred Experience
- 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Experience with RTUs, boilers, VAV systems, economizers, and commercial controls
- Experience mentoring junior technicians
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
