Job Title: High-Performance Yard Laborer (Pallet Processing Team)

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (Performance-Based)

This is a production-based outdoor role where your effort directly impacts output and earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Process and restack pallets in a fast-paced yard environment
• Remove metal and materials efficiently
• Work as part of a team to hit hourly production targets
• Maintain pace, focus, and consistency throughout your shift
• Keep your work area clean and organized

Performance Expectations

• Ability to maintain high output consistently
• Work with urgency and purpose (this is not a slow-paced job)
• Contribute to team production goals (units per hour)
• Show up ready to work every day

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Must be dependable and on time
• Strong work ethic required — this role is physically demanding
• Team players only

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts available
• Shift Options:
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Pay & Growth

• $17 – $22 per hour based on performance
• Opportunity to move into team lead roles as we scale
