What You’ll Do

• Close Leads and Appointments provided to you.
• Prospect homeowners and businesses partners, like insurance agents, impacted by storm, fire, or water damage warm( leads appointments provided weekly!)
• Educate clients on how Home Claim Network helps them fight back against lowball or denied insurance payouts
• Work your own pipeline (we will help you build one) using our CRMs- Spotio and PipeDrive
• Thrive independently — no micromanagement, just accountability and results

What You Bring

• Fluent in English & Spanish (must-have — our clients rely on your clarity and trust)
• 1 year experience in construction, roofing, or insurance claim sales
• 3 years combined B2C and B2B sales experience
• Proven closer who can break down complex concepts simply
• Confident, self-directed, and goal-driven
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage your funnel
• A genuine desire to help people and earn what you’re worth

What You’ll Earn

• $750 weekly base pay to stay secure
• $300 SPIFF per sale after your first weekly deal
• $500 bonus for every 5 closed sales in a week
• 1600 per week for minimum requirements met
• $3,500 weekly potential for top performers-
• Hybrid Remote Freedom — work from home local field visits across Dallas–Fort Worth
