Job Overview
Looking for summer employment! We have the ability to be flexible with your school schedule or whatever schedule you currently have. Home City Ice is looking for candidates for our packaging room, For all 2nd and 3rd shifts. Learn how to stack ice on pallets and operate an electric pallet jack.
Shift Schedule:
1st Shift Hours 6:00AM - 2:00 PM - $16.00/hour
2nd Shift Hours: 02:00PM-10:00PM- $16.75/ hour
3rd Shift Hours: 10:00PM-8:00AM- $17.50/ hour
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring production equipment for 7lb and 20lb bags
- Stacking Ice for 7lb and 20lb bags
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Safely operate an electric pallet jack to move pallets of ice from the bagging room to the freezer.
Skills:
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly through an entire shift
- Electric pallet jack experience preferred, but not required
- Looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical knowledge is a great benefit
- Experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required
- Must be self-motivated and resourceful.

- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Punctuality
- Weekend availability
- Must participate in a criminal background check
- All employees are required to work during summer holidays ( Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).
Pay: $16.00 - $17.75 per hour
