Job description
Compensation:
- Commission based with earning $3-4.50 a skid with the expectation of completing 4 skids an hour.
- The possibility of earning $20 /hr.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production equipment for 7lb and 20 bags.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
- Safely operate an electric pallet jack to move pallets of ice from the bagging room to the freezer.
- Performing maintenance on portions of production line to ensure smooth production.
Skills:
- Must be able to lift at least 20lbs repeatedly through an entire shift.
- Electric pallet jack experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated and resourceful.
- Mechanical knowledge is a great benefit.
- Experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check.
- Weekend availability.
- All employees are required to work summer holidays as those are our busiest days.
- First shift now but 3rd shift required during summer (June, July, August, and September).
Ideal candidate will be able and willing to work 3rd shift Memorial Day through Labor Day.
