**Job Overview**
We're looking for a Christian Nursery Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate is a christian who attends a local church in Skagit County, and has the time in the evenings to be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children from infancy to preschool age during our 5PM church service.
We provide a bonus $300 after 6 months of commitment, with more to come.
**Expectations**
- Provide exceptional care and attention to infants and young children, ensuring their safety and happiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Engage with children through play, reading, singing, and other activities that help the children feel safe and well cared for while parents are in the church service.
- Every Sunday 4:30-6:30PM
** Schedule **
- Arrive at 4:30PM, every Sunday - for team huddle.
- Ensure the classroom is clean and ready to accept kids.
- Receive the children as they get checked in.
- Take care of the kids through the entire service.
- Check out the kids to their parents.
- Clean up the space.
- And be off at 6:30PM

**Qualifications**
- A follower of Jesus.
- Agreement with our statement of faith. ( https://homechurchnw.com/beliefs/ )
- Must be 18 at the time of hiring
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or teaching preschool-age children.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children.
- Ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed.
- Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
- First aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
