Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care and emotional support.
- Build trusting, lasting relationships with seniors and individuals in need.
- Communicate effectively with clients and families to ensure needs are met.
- Follow all training and safety protocols to deliver the highest quality care.
- Kind, compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assist with ADLs and offer emotional support.
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
