Poudre Infusion Therapy is a healthcare service provider that offers outpatient services to patients suffering from acute and chronic illnesses across various age groups. Poudre Infusion has serviced the Northern Colorado community for over 25 years and has continued to be a trusted clinic and home infusion provider who prides itself on individualized patient care. Our staff is made up of local healthcare professionals who are compassionate and dedicated to providing patient-centered care. Services can be received in one of our infusion clinics located in Fort Collins or Windsor, or in the comfort of patient homes.
Primary Location: 915 Centre Ave Suite #3 in Fort Collins, CO
Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

We are accepting applications for a Registered Nurse available to work:
- Part Time or Full Time
- Monday through Friday, 8-5pm
- Rotating weekends
- Rotating call
Job Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care with infusion and injection therapies to patients in our Ambulatory Infusion Clinic, the patient’s home or an alternate site
- Start peripheral IVs, access central venous catheters, perform dressing changes
- Function as a case manager for coordination of the patient’s health care needs in the home/AIC/Alternate site setting with the family, physician, community resources, health care providers and patient support systems as necessary
- Plan, implement, uphold a patient’s plan of care and ensure a patient’s condition is recorded accurately
- Educate patients and their caregivers about their therapy, expectations, side effects and answers questions related to their need
- Draw labs and coordinate pickup with courier
- Collaborate with all teams including pharmacy, physician, billing and nursing
- Must have knowledge of infusion therapy services
- Maintaining and improving the quality of patient care and standards of care
- Comply with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements including state and ACHC regulations
- Will be trained to provide chemotherapy as needed

Qualifications:Qualifications
- RN with valid Colorado licensure – Current and in good standing
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Peripheral/Central IV access experience
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients, families, physicians, community resources and the general public
- Valid driver’s license, your own transportation, and maintain an acceptable driving record, per company standards
Preferred Experience
- Home infusion or Ambulatory Infusion Center experience
- BSN or MSN degree
Compensation
- $39-$45 based on experience
