Red Rock Home Pharmacy is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Springville, UT location.
- Answer inbound and place outbound calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Assist patients, caregivers, healthcare facilities, and providers with prescription inquiries, refill requests, order status, and general pharmacy questions.
- Accurately collect and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and prescription details.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, prescribers, and healthcare facilities to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain complete records within the pharmacy management system.
- Resolve customer concerns by researching issues and providing prompt, accurate, and compassionate solutions.
- Process prescription refill requests and route clinical questions to the pharmacist when appropriate.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect the confidentiality of patient health information.
- Meet established performance standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while delivering exceptional service.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned to support daily pharmacy operations.
