Canyon Home Care & Hospice is currently hiring a Full-time On-Call/Triage RN for Home Health & Hospice.

Work schedule would include Sunday- Saturday 5:00pm - 8:30 am , some holidays.

ON CALL RN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Cheerful customer service oriented
- Current RN license (required)
- Current CPR (Required)
- Experience in the home health and hospice settings
- Excellent availability and response time to calls
- Demonstrated ability to triage and apply critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of and ability to navigate electronic medical records
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance (Required)
