Canyon Home Care & Hospice is currently hiring a Part-time on-call RN for home health and hospice. 

Come join our team of caring professionals! 

Work schedule would be one week on and one week off.

ON CALL RN QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Cheerful customer service oriented
  • Current Utah RN license (required)
  • Current CPR (Required)
  • Experience in the home health and hospice settings
  • Excellent availability and response time to calls
  • Demonstrated ability to triage and apply critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate electronic medical records
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance (Required)
